The National Park Service is partnering with communities, groups, land managers, and other public land agencies to prevent the introduction and spread of invasive species in and around National Parks. Invasive species outreach programs include school curriculum materials, such as Aliens in your Neighborhood, support for local Cooperative Weed Management Areas (CWMA), partnerships with Cooperative Ecosystem Studies units (CESU’s), and financial support through grants.
